Rhythmic Reverie - FREE!!

Join us for an exhilarating new dance class, Rhythm Reverie, inspired by the 5Rhythms movement practice. This contemporary dance practice incorporates five distinct rhythms of Flow, Staccato, Lyrical, Chaos, and Stillness, all set to unique styles of music.   

Our upcoming class will take place on June 29th from 7:30 to 9:30 PM at Allen's Market. We encourage participants to arrive 10 minutes before 7:30 PM to get settled in. The dance will begin at 7:30 PM with an opening circle, followed by an hour of free-form dancing to the rhythms. The class will conclude with a closing circle.   

Whether you're a seasoned dancer or new to the practice, Rhythm Reverie is open to all who want to explore the power of movement and music. Don't miss out on this opportunity to move your body, connect with yourself and others, and have fun in a safe and welcoming environment.

We're excited to announce that this event is FREE of charge to the community. There's no need to sign up in advance - you can just walk in and join us! And put your best glow forward!
