Rhythmic Reverie - FREE!!

Join us for an exhilarating new dance class, Rhythmic Reverie, inspired by the 5Rhythms movement practice. This contemporary dance practice incorporates five distinct rhythms of Flow, Staccato, Lyrical, Chaos, and Stillness, all set to unique styles of music.   

Our upcoming event will take place on June 29th from 7:30 to 9:30 PM at Allen's Market. We encourage participants to arrive 10 minutes before 7:30 PM to get settled in. The dance will begin at 7:30 PM with an opening circle, followed by an hour of free-form dancing to the rhythms and will conclude with a closing circle. Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable, cool clothing suitable for dancing and to bring a water bottle. Barefoot, socks, ballet or dance shoes are suitable. Outdoor shoes will be removed upon entering. Fresh, farm-made fruit popsicles will be available pre and post-dance at $4 each.
