Inspired by the transformative 5Rhythms movement practice, we'll journey through Flow, Staccato, Lyrical, Chaos, and Stillness, guided by an eclectic mix of music that will set your soul free. This is your chance to shed inhibitions, connect deeply with yourself, and embrace the vibrant energy of summer!
