Celebrate the balance of light and dark as the seasons shift at our Rhythm Reverie: Autumn Equinox Celebration. Inspired by the transformative 5Rhythms movement practice, this free community event invites participants of all experience levels to explore the flowing energies of Flow, Staccato, Lyrical, Chaos, and Stillness through free-form dance.
As daylight wanes and nature prepares to rest, join us for an evening of movement, reflection, and connection. Dance freely in a welcoming space that encourages self-expression, mindfulness, and community spirit.
