Porsha Luca Exhibit

Allied Arts is super excited to announce that we will be exhibiting the works of local artist Porsha Luca from January 5th through the 25th, 2024! 

With her love of travel, sci-fi, and fantasy; Porsha Luca displays much of her interests in her art. She explores many subjects that range from ancient mysteries, theoretical physics, & space exploration. These subjects leave her with the desire to tell fantastical stories through a series of paintings.

This eccentric and bold artist shows no fear in utilizing vibrant colors in her work. In fact, color exploration is one of her favorite journeys as an artist. She often works in acrylic and oil paint, but also finds herself wandering to other media; such as, charcoal, pastels, & graphite.

With the belief that art is subjective, she often leaves interpretation to the eyes and imagination of the viewer. She does however, have a personal, & deep rooted connection with each painting.

Porsha hails from San Antonio, Texas, where she grew up in a melting pot of different ethnic and cultural influences.

The Marlor House will be open Monday through Friday 9 AM - 4 PM throughout the exhibit.
