Tellabration is a world-wide celebration of oral storytelling traditions and, in honor of Veterans Day in November, host Jeanette Waddell and Allied Arts has chosen to focus the event’s stories on veterans, the ultimate heroes. These great men and women chose to ‘serve and protect’ and they so often went about their duties without much fanfare or recognition. They faced the unknown each day and did it with honor and integrity. At this community event, Allied Arts hopes to bring the community together to express appreciation for their sacrifice by giving our time and attention to their stories.

Thanks to Daniel McDonald with WRGC 88.3 Georgia College Radio Station you can hear storytelling air on the radio on Thursdays at 8:30 P.M.
