Directions to Allied Arts from
Atlanta
Take 1-20 East to Exit #114
(Milledgeville/Eatonton Exit). At the top of the Exit ramp, turn
right onto Hwy 441. Follow Hwy 441 for approximately 40 miles. You
will pass Lake Sinclair and the power plant that is right outside of
Milledgeville.
When you arrive in Milledgeville, stay on Hwy
441 for approximately 5 miles once you pass Hatcher Square Mall. You
will then cross over some railroad tracks and at the next traffic
light (intersection of Hwy 441 and Montgomery Street), take a left
onto Montgomery Street. At the third traffic light (Slater's Funeral
Home will be on your right), turn right onto Wayne Street. At the
second traffic light (intersection of Wayne Street and East
McIntosh) the Arts Center is the 2-story white house on the
left-hand corner. Take a left and accessible parking is to your
immediate left on the side of the house.
DIRECTIONS TO ALLIED ARTS FROM
MACON
From Macon take Hwy 49 to Milledgeville,
approximately 32 miles. Once into Milledgeville, you will pass the
Baldwin County High School on your left at the Hwy 441 go straight
through the traffic light. You will go through 4 traffic lights and
at the 5th traffic light (intersection of Wayne St. and
Hancock St. ), which is the center of downtown; you will turn left
onto Wayne Street. At the next traffic light, which is the
intersection of N. Wayne Street and E. Mclntosh, the John Marlor
Arts Center is on your right ( a 2 story white house) and the
Allen’s Market building ( a 2 story brick building) will be on your
left.
NOTE: If you happen to stop and ask for
directions, we are known as Allied Arts or the John Marlor Arts
Center across the street from Allen's Market and downtown by the Police Department.
